Private Voluntary Counseling

Find or reclaim inner peace and joy.

As an individual or as part of a couple, you may feel like your life or relationship is falling apart. Maybe you’ve tried to resolve deep-rooted issues on your own, without success. Best Life Counseling offers private voluntary counseling to help you express feelings, process them and create an action plan to get back on track.

We offer two types of voluntary counseling services: Individual Counseling and Couples Counseling. During each session, you’ll meet with an experienced, licensed counselor who is trained to help individuals and couples reach their goals of living happier, more fulfilling lives.

Take the first step by scheduling a session, using the form at right. You can also learn more about our private voluntary counseling services below.

Individual Counseling

Life is difficult at times. Depression, anxiety and high levels of stress can result. No matter what you’re facing, a healthy first step is reaching out for professional help. Our licensed mental health counselors can help you take a fresh look at the issue, which can bring a sense of relief in itself.

Couples Counseling

Your relationship may feel like it’s beyond repair. For many couples, the source is often a breakdown in communication that has snowballed over time. Best Life Counseling creates an environment where you and your partner can voice concerns, practice active listening, and create a collaborative plan to rebuild a stronger, healthier relationship together — if both partners are willing to put the work in. Some of the issues we’ve helped clients work through include, but are not limited to: communication, fighting and anger issues, and drug or alcohol addiction.

Confidentiality

Private voluntary counseling is exactly that — private. No one outside of Best Life Counseling is given any information — even the fact that you have been to our center — without your written consent. Therapists are mandated to report certain information in which there is the possibility of harm to a client or to another person, child or elder abuse, or under court order. Our primary goal is to create an environment in which you feel comfortable to discuss your concerns and work through them together.
