Anger Management Class
Find healthy ways to cope with life’s stressors.
Do you find yourself going from 0 to 100, without really knowing what set you off? You might suddenly “see red” and say or do something that you later regret.
Anger serves a purpose in our lives. It can help to alert us when something is wrong. It can also act as a natural defense mechanism. However, when someone experiences frequent, uncontrollable anger, it can negatively impact their career, partner, children, and other important relationships in their lives. When a person acts on that anger, it can also lead to arrest.
If you’ve been arrested for battery or domestic battery, court ordered anger management classes may be required. Best Life Counseling offers an anger management program that fulfills this court ordered requirement. We are licensed through the Department of Children and Families and are a Joint Commission Accredited facility, which enables us to provide these court ordered services.
