Addiction Therapists & Counselors
High quality care in a judgment-free environment.
Best Life Counseling is a state-of-the-art comprehensive counseling center that provides individual and couples voluntary counseling, Intensive Outpatient treatment, and court-ordered counseling services.
Our Mission
People often seek counseling because they do not feel well, are confused, are suffering in some way, or because the legal system mandates it. Our mission is to provide you with the care you need, in a judgment-free environment. Throughout the process, our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to build confidence, cope with life’s stressors, and regain your sense of inner peace, no matter what life brings your way.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is that everyone deserves to be treated with equal dignity and respect. By cultivating an environment where people are welcomed and accepted — exactly as they are — our clients can be open and honest about their struggles. This allows them to focus on the root of the problem, identify obstacles, and forge a plan to overcome them together. The path to living your best life is possible, and we’re honored to help you achieve your goals.
Who We Treat
Best Life Counseling guides individuals, couples, and families toward their personal and collective goals of living happier, healthier, more meaningful and well-adjusted lives.
We are also licensed to diagnose and treat clients struggling with drug and alcohol addiction and/or mental health conditions.
Everyone can benefit from the introspection that occurs during therapy. However, there are also certain indications that it may be time to seek help.
If these statements are true about your own life, therapy may be a great resource to help you get back on track:
- You are unhappy on most days or feel a sense of hopelessness
- You worry excessively or are constantly on edge
- You are unable to concentrate on your schoolwork or other activities
- You are unable to sleep at night or constantly feel tired
- You have experienced a change in your appetite or your weight
- You have experienced a loss (e.g., a relationship breakup, a parent’s death)
- You have increased your use of alcohol or other drugs (including cigarettes)
- You feel overwhelmed by what is going on in your life
- You are having thoughts about hurting yourself or someone else
If you need immediate help, please call 911 or contact SAMHSA’s National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
Client Testimonials
“In recent years, I have not taken the time for myself as I have in the past (before kids, marriage and work). Because of this, my stress level is on the rise. I never thought of myself as a person who needed therapy, but I now realize how foolish that way of thinking really is. Best Life has changed my life, in a short period of time. Now, I can enjoy my blessings again!”
