Mary Beth Stern is a Certified Addictions Counselor, and trained in Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) as well as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She is working toward certification as a U.MASS MBSR Facilitator. With 28 years of personal sobriety, her passion is teaching Mindfulness to others as a tool for recovery from addictive patterns of behavior.
